Suitable for all abilities, Seated Yoga is a gentle form of exercise which is designed to bring the moves and benefits of yoga to all. Seated Yoga can help to improve mobility as well as reducing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. This group exercise class is designed to help the elderly improve physical fitness, strength, and balance. The exercises within the class are progressed slowly according to your abilities, and within the same group people normally progress at different rates. The exercises are specifically developed to help you feel steadier on your feet and improve your confidence in getting around on your own. Depending on preference and fitness level, this flexible walk is for those who would normally book on to our ‘well-being extra’ walk (up to 75 minutes), or for those who might normally book on to our longer, quicker ‘easy adventure’ walk (up to 90 minutes). The walk is also a great starter walk for those who have recently completed their training.
