Join MK Nordic Walking for an early morning Winter Solstice Nordic Walk at Woburn! Weather permitting, bring a hot drink and we'll watch the sunrise (8.06am) over Woburn Deer Park. Why not join us for a bit of breakfast in Woburn after the walk. Please bring hi vis, it won't be properly dark but likely a bit grey, safety first. Could to be wet/muddy underfoot, so please make sure you have a change of shoes for after the walk.
Quiet Swim – Enjoy a calm and relaxing swimming session in a peaceful environment. This session is conducted without background music, allowing swimmers to focus on their strokes, unwind, and enjoy the water at a gentle pace.
