Ability Counts is our PAN-disability football programme for players with disabilities aged 5-25 and their friends and family, held every Friday evening at The Cliff Training Ground. Sessions run weekly on Fridays at The Cliff Training Ground, Lower Broughton Rd, Salford M7 2HU. 7.00-7.45pm: Mixed group, ages 5-11 7.00-7.45pm: Girls only group 7.45-8.30pm: Mixed group, ages 12-16 8.45-9.30pm: Mixed group, ages 16-25
Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
A Judo session focusing on Fitness, Breakfalls, Throwing and Pinning for 12-16 year olds.
A fun and engaging Trampoline course adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Cross Country session for all abilities, to include some hills. Sorry no children or dogs. This session is up to 1h20mins, mileage will vary but please be happy with a 5k distance at any pace before booking. . Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
