PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.
Functional Fitness for Seniors is about exercising to improve your ‘function’ - the things you need to do in day to day life and that you need to age well. The class focus on 'Fundamental' movements that we all need to make the most of our lives, both now and in the future. It is about undertaking exercises that research shows benefits us to maintain a happy and fit life, combating frailty, maintaining heart health and balance.
