PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
In Butterfly Creatives, we learn lots of short, easy to follow routines. We explore the use of props, partner work, and choreographing our own routines. We also learn a longer routine each Autumn and Summer term to perform to our parents, carers, friends, etc. This class is fully adaptable and suitable for everyone!

Ease into exercise with movements designed for people with reduced mobility to strengthen and stretch muscles and mobilise joints.
Our Movement to Music classes, specifically for Over 60s, are a great way to keep moving without the intensity of a Keep Fit or Zumba class! We focus on balance; coordination; strengthening; and flexibility to keep the mind and body active. It is a great way to socialise and exercise with like-minded people, whilst improving joint mobility; preventing falls; building confidence and improving cardiovascular endurance. TERM-TIME ONLY
Exploring the woodlands from Andrews Wood car park where there are a variety of footpaths to follow over the motorway and towards Shoreham. It has some muddy paths and a few hill challenges but the views over the Darent Valley are worth it. Walk with or without your poles.
