Every week we combine physical activity with helping out the community. We jog, cycle or walk to places such as the Foodbank, Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester in Bloom and litter picks having a lot of fun and raising our heart rate at your own level.😀 We also organise social events and volunteer at festivals and running events and compete in races.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
These runs will be a sessions suitable for the track, but still fun, they are aimed at everyone, no matter what your pace or track experiance is. A targeted warm up specific to the evenings plan. The run will be a structured session thats easy to understand getting the most from the hour. ending with a cool down with stretches. All led by a England Athletic qualified Coach or Run Leader. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
The Good Boost programme allows you to follow the exercises in the pool and progress at your own pace. It has been built by expert clinicians to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility.
This 90 minute class will usually follow a theme from classical yoga texts or the season we are in. We often work towards a peak posture and modifications are offered for all. There is no expectation that everyone can do everything that is offered. In all of my classes you are encouraged to listen to your body, find your own practice and not to be in "competition" with others.
