A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles / Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
