Our Butterfly Collective learn a short routine each week (usually to the chorus of a song in the charts). We learn different styles so we can develop a range of technique. Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
This class is for men and women with mobility problems and those who find a regular class too difficult. The class can be done seated or standing. I have experience of teaching older people and those with arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, MS, COPD, asthma, diabetes, weight management issues, post cancer, early dementia, macular degeneration.

These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
The same great fun, in a quieter setting for those who need a little less noise.
