Completely Free Cricket Sessions Supported by the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation and Lords Taverners. Ages 11-19. Sessions are for any ability. All sessions run by two qualified ECB coaches, with Safeguarding, DBS and First Aid qualifications. We provide all the equipment, so just turn up in whatever you feel comfortable in and get involved! No prior registration required.

Badminton is a very inclusive sport. This session is aimed particularly at adult participants who have an intellectual (learning) disability (Minimum age 16). If you would like to get involved with the great game of badminton, then this group could be for you. Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. This is a circuit based exercise program designed to keep you active and young at heart. The exercises offered are aerobic, strength, balance and stretching.
