This team provides a regular football training opportunity for disabled people. Sessions take place throughout the year. The team is part of a club that may cater for a wide range of different impairment and abilities. Community Tennis at Ulster has taken over from Causeway Community Tennis Club to promote and encourage everyone to play tennis. Opportunity provided by www.activelivingnolimits.co.uk hosted by Disability Sport NI.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
