Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Our class is designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s or those with early/moderate-stage Parkinson’s. This exercise classes will help with strength, balance, movement and flexibility using body weight exercises.
Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Practice from the comfort of your own home. A 60 minute class aimed at people who are less mobile and unable to come down to a mat on the floor. The class starts sitting in the chair using grounding techniques to bring awareness into the present moment and progresses to standing postures with support of the chair if you are able. This is a gentle practice to mobilise the whole body without putting strain on vulnerable areas. We finish with a seated meditation.
