Walk in time to the beat with me with WALKFIT! This is a low-impact class. No running or jumping, just walking to the beat of some great tunes and having fun. It's a great, low impact, fun way to help to combat the symptoms of perimenopause. We get the joints mobilised and moving, helping to reduce those aches and pains.
