Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements. Explore, create and perform with Bellingham Beats – a creative dance class for 5-7 year olds. Bellingham Beats is a series of creative dance classes supporting young people to develop their movement and coordination skills, as well as work with friends to create their own choreography. These high-quality classes are taught by a Trinity Laban dance artist, and take place offsite in Bellingham with regular performance opportunities.
Why not try something different and try to walk on water inside a giant ball. You can go in fully clothed and you don’t even get wet.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Online, live group exercise sessions. Specifically for those who prefer a more gentle session. Each week we aim to work the whole body focussing on Strengthening and Stretching. Small, friendly groups. All abilities welcome.
Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere.
