Enjoy rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness for all ages and abilities. Wearing active gear will ensure you feel most comfortable throughout the session. Become a member or pay as you go. Each session costs £6, but your first session is free! Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. A gentle swim session for those wanting to help increase mobility and talk to other people in a similar situation. Members join the swimming club for free and each session is £3pp, assisting carers are free. To join you must be registered disabled, recovering from an injury, or referred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Our group not only helps physical challenges, but more importantly is a great way to help tips and advice from other people.
