Functional Fitness class for over 50's to maintain and improve Endurance, Mobility, Balance and Strength. Exercises are led to suit all levels. Free Strength band is given to attendees. Zumba is a dance fitness class inspired by Latin music and choreography. It incorporates high and low intensity intervals to help improve cardio fitness, whilst also enhancing coordination, balance and agility. Zumba is high energy and fun… you won’t even realise you’re working out! Zumba is easy to follow, aids cardiovascular fitness, tones and sculpts your body and puts a smile on your face! We promise exercise has never been so much fun.
