Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Dancing with Dementia classes offer a chance for participants to experience creative movement and dance with their companions. Classes focus on stimulation of the brain through movement, repetition, props and musical timelines. These factors offer the opportunity to keep the mind alert whilst also unlocking support for general well-being. Sessions run for 1.5 hours in total which includes a 45 - 60 minute dance class and concludes with a social over tea & coffee.
Sport in Mind are delighted to present this free, welcoming and supportive TaeKwonDo session at Jubilee Sports Centre in Southampton, every Thursday at 11am to 12pm. Each week the sessions have a broad theme to link the pieces of music. Activities include free movement, structured dance, playing drums and shakers, live performance, guess the song / Artist, sharing beloved songs and being introduced to new music.
