Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end! All ages and levels of fitness welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.
A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first.
