Adults Climbing Social exclusively for disabled and neurodivergent adults aged 18+ takes place every Friday from 2pm - 4pm. If you have climbed before or are a new to climbing, you are welcome to come along. This is a drop in session, so you are able to stay as long or as little as you like. There will be experienced staff and volunteers at the social to guide, encourage and support you. We encourage climbers and carers to socialise in our South Ridge cafe before or after the session.
Boccia is similar to bowling but played indoors with 6 red balls, 6 blue balls and one white called the jack. The aim of the game basically is to get your balls nearer the white. Boccia can be a game played for leisure although it is also a Paralympic game. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
