Training session for anyone interested in wheelchair basketball! We will provide chairs so all you need to bring is a drink (preferably water) and dress for physical activity. We are a small, friendly club based at the University of Worcester. We welcome anyone with an interest in the sport, whatever their exerience or expertise.
A friendly and inclusive club running practice/play sessions every Saturday (with some exceptions) between 12 noon and 2pm at Fulford School Sports Hall, Fulford, York.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
The Angling Trust Get Fishing sessions provide a fun and welcoming introduction to fishing for young people of all ages and abilities. Our expert coaches create a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn essential angling skills, build confidence, and enjoy time outdoors. Whether they’re casting a line for the first time or developing their skills, these sessions are perfect for inspiring a lifelong passion for fishing.

Badminton sessions for adults and juniors with a physical or learning disability. Saturdays 1-2pm. (Term time only) Coaching and games. We cater for all disabilities. All equipment provided including rackets. We do have our own sports wheelchairs but please let Kirsty know if you’re coming so we make sure we have enough for those that are attending. Spaces must be booked. Sessions are term time but please contact Kirsty Wilcox on 07966 719616 to check session is on.
There will be a selection of club owns sports wheelchairs that public can try and also there will be some experienced players that can pass on knowledge so that new players can get an understanding of the positive aspects of wheelchair basketball.
