Walking rugby: one of England rugby's non-contact formats of the game! There is no tackling involved… Instead, a touch on the armpit or below are used. Played on a half pitch, participants must be working at all times. This session is available for all skill levels and all abilities. These are social sessions with a low commitment level, meaning you can join us whenever you like!
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included.
