Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. We support people with a variety of disabilities to participate in physical activities safely, making reasonable adjustments. Ages 16+. Carers welcome. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.

An elegant adult ballet-inspired exercise class, designed especially for active seniors who want to gently mobilise and socialise, improve their balance, strength and stay active. No dance background is needed. Taster Class: Date: Tuesday, 17th September Time: 2:30 - 3:15 pm Location: Kingsbridge Care Hub Cost: £6.50 After your taster class, regular classes will be £6.50 each.
