Seated Movement to music classes combine physical movement with music. They can help improve coordination, balance, and strength. This class is seated for the duration.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Walking netball is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing netball who had to stop due to injuries.
This is an indoor short tennis session for seniors using red balls. Those with Dementia are warmly welcomed and this class is open to everyone. Carers are also welcome to participate in the class but they must book on a participant. There is a short warm up which can be done seated or standing and then a very relaxed class where players can drop in and out of the activities as they wish and sit and chat when they are not playing. We use mini-rackets and slower red balls.
