This Hatha class is designed to ease you into the week, we can provide you with whatever modifications and props you need so that you can enjoy a full yoga experience. The moment will be light and mindful, accompanied by breathwork and meditation to suit everybody.Our classes are friendly and welcoming and you will feel totally nourished as you leave. Come to do as much or as little as you need to do.

Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
We encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.

Caythorpe Strollers and Striders has three walks which take place from the same start point. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes.
