Junior Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) sessions, specifically designed for young people with physical disabilities, provide a safe and inclusive environment where participants can develop rugby skills, improve fitness, and enjoy the camaraderie of team sports. With modified rules to accommodate different abilities, the sessions focus on skill development, confidence building, and the enjoyment of playing rugby alongside peers.
Instructor led class for learning the aerial arts with aerial hoop. If it’s your first time we recommend our beginner specific class (Tuesday’s 7:45pm).A metal hoop suspended from the ceiling allows you to create shapes, get strong and have fun.Great for core, upper body and all over strength.

We are a community running group that meets at 6:50pm every Tuesday for a 7pm run. We welcome everybody from seasoned runners to those just starting out and promise never to leave anybody behind. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Walking Football sessions for Ladies. For those who want to play football but at a slower pace. Please come and watch or give it a go. We have all abilities at our sessions from ladies who have never played football (but watched their children play) to those who played in their youth but want to get back into the game. We are a social bunch who go out for drinks and a dinner every now and again.
