Welcome to Rebound Fit. You'll have the most fun working out with our mini trampoline classes. Our aim is to get you hot, sweaty and smashing those goals. Whether your aim is to tone up, lose weight or get a personal best, we give you the most amazing workout to get to where you want to be! Can't wait to have you with us.
Instructor led class for learning the aerial arts with aerial hoop. If it’s your first time we recommend our beginner specific class (Tuesday’s 7:45pm).A metal hoop suspended from the ceiling allows you to create shapes, get strong and have fun.Great for core, upper body and all over strength.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
A Play Session for children under 12s Booking times are for 60 minutes - 15 minutes for entry and 45 minutes activity time. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8 years. For Trampoline Parks, trampoline specific socks must be worn. This is an inclusive session for people with disabilities.
