Thursday evenings are our informal group run for all those that can run 5km already (if not, look out for our Couch to 5k courses). Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements.
