This is a session for people with disabilities, mainly aimed at children, but some adults do attend. The sessions provide sensory sound and interactive light systems which helps a number of people with disabilities to relax and provides a calming effect.

Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. Every week is slightly different, and planned for regular class attendees whether on zoom or in person. You will need your own mat, block, blanket and pillow. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
