All our sports are fun and open to all age groups with the emphasis on sustainable enjoyment for participants.
Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All are welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
Join our Walking Hockey sessions! For those who want to play hockey at a slower pace.
We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.

North East Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club are a long established club in the North East. We have been providing an opportunity for Physically Disabled participants to play and train in a social and fun environment. Our sessions run 6-9pm Tuesday and Thursdays out of Sedgfield Community College in Sedgefield, C. Durham (TS21 3DD) If you wish to attend a session please feel free to get in touch or just turn up to a session!
Our new Downs Syndrome Futsal team is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This session is for all abilities, all genders aged 18+. Sessions are every Tuesday 6-7pm. Futsal is a football-based sport played on a hardcourt like a basketball court, smaller than a football pitch. It has similarities to five-a-side football / indoor football, and is considered to have increased accessibility thanks to these and other adaptions.
