We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! Swimming - from lessons to Competitive Disability Squad
Olympic Weightlifting coached sessions. Our club sessions run 3 times a week for 8-12yr old and 12+ We also run a family fitness session where young people can bring a parent/carer to train with. Our club has a sensory room where young people can process information and relax. Our coaches are all experienced with working with young people who are neurodiverse. The focus of our sessions is to encourage and promote good technique, social skills and getting stronger, fitter and healthier.

Weekly multi-sport activities for disabled people of all ages. Club Lambeth takes place at the heart of disability sport in Lambeth. The session is an ideal time for young people to come after school, but is open to all. Siblings are welcome to join in and parents/carers are encouraged to stay, watch and even take part!
