This is a session for people with disabilities, mainly aimed at children, but some adults do attend. The sessions provide sensory sound and interactive light systems which helps a number of people with disabilities to relax and provides a calming effect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Hull hornets is a wheelchair Basketball club based at the university of Hull. We currently compete in development level leagues so everyone can participate with us. Equipment is provided all you need to bring is yourself in comfortable sports clothes and a water bottle! We train on Sundays 15:00 - 17:00 at the University Of Hull sports centre.
