Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Our classes are inclusive, and are always flexible to individual needs, so always come and talk to us!

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Indoor Bowls is social game and offers a way to meet new people and make friends. One of the attractions of indoor bowling is that it can be played all year round (never mind the UK rain or the hot sunshine!) and by all ages, both men & women, juniors and seniors. A gentle swim session for those wanting to help increase mobility and talk to other people in a similar situation. Members join the swimming club for free and each session is £3pp, assisting carers are free. To join you must be registered disabled, recovering from an injury, or referred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Our group not only helps physical challenges, but more importantly is a great way to help tips and advice from other people.
