Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.

A walking session where we focus on fitness. This is definitely not a ramble but is suitable for most abilities. To work on fitness we utilise the hills of Ledbury, vary speed and incorporate arm work. A great way to build up fitness and also the opportunity for those wishing to start/return to running after an injury or training break.
