The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. First Steps - This is our shortest walk, 20 - 30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places.
