Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A rolling programme of seated exercise aimed at adults who prefer to sit whilst exercising, although standing is possible. A 60 minute class combining movement to music with seated strength exercises. Classes are tailored for the age group and ability to improve balance, posture, muscular strength for falls prevention and to maintain daily independence. No floor exercises
Our weekly session includes both tai chi and qigong to boost the immune system, strengthen joints and tendons, improve balance and co-ordination, increase the internal strength of the body and provide a focussed way of dealing with stress.
