The FABS exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for overall greater strength. All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors. Pay for nine and the tenth class is free!
Come and join us for a fun circuit style workout - without the shouting. In this class we will use a mixture of slam balls, dumbbells, barbells and more as we create a workout which will build strength and promote energy levels. This class is perfect whether you have a weight management goal, or want to get lean. Maybe you want to meet new people, and get in some exercise whilst doing it. Up to 90 minutes, 4-5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can register and listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
