Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
This class uses breathwork, asana, psychoeducation and meditation to calm the nervous system and give you tools to tackle stress and anxiety on and off the mat. Yoga for stress relief provides a space for you to ground and be present in the here and now and to nourish and integrate the mind, body and spirit.
