A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.

Online, live group exercise sessions. Specifically for those who prefer a more gentle session. Each week we aim to work the whole body focussing on Strengthening and Stretching. Small, friendly groups. All abilities welcome.

Super 1s gives young people with a disability aged 12-25 the chance to play regular, competitive cricket. Community cricket hubs allow participants the chance to receive coaching, compete against their peers and enjoy the benefits of playing sport.
