Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Inclusive United's daytime inclusive football sessions are for young adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) or additional needs. Participants play in a safe, inclusive and fun environment, develop their football skills and build their confidence. There is also time for participants to meet new friends and socialise, play pool and table tennis in the social hub.

Solihull Wheels For All is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. We are offering complimentary golf lessons via use of the Paragolfer, which is a specially designed vehicle that enables a participant with a mobility impairment, spinal injury, paralysis to be lifted in to a standing position

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
