A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, play games, or do some pair work, stretch, challenge our balance, and then relax with some breath work. Something to look forward to in the week. If you want to do it all seated, then that is fine. If you want to stand up for most of it, then that is fine too. I provide all equipment that is needed. Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps from the front of the hall, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. Along the way we'll learn the health benefits of each move.
