Thursday evenings are our informal group run for all those that can run 5km already (if not, look out for our Couch to 5k courses). Everyone runs at their own pace - we use loop points throughout the run to keep everyone together! It’s a great opportunity to chat to people at all levels throughout the run. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can register and listen to a pre walk briefing.
