Greenwich Get Walking is a healthy walks scheme run by Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT), alongside the Royal Borough of Greenwich and in partnership with Ramblers. Our walks are free, fun and friendly - a perfect way to meet new people and get more active. This is an intermediate level walk for an hour around Eltham, guided by a walk leader. This sessions is open to anyone who would like to have a go a tennis which is a little bit slower. The rules of walking tennis as slightly adapted, you are allowed 2 bounces, which both have to be within the court. The tennis balls used are softer and slower than a typical tennis ball. This session is very sociable and easy going.
