These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking ™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises. Open to Non Nordic Walkers. This walk is for those who can walk approx 5-6 km in an hour and is at a strenuous pace. Please do get in touch if you wish to ascertain your suitability.
Climping has always been a favorite with the Coast and Country walkers. Enjoy the beach, fields and public byways. The veiw is ever changing which keeps this walk fresh throughout the year. The terrain is relitively flat. There are short sections that may include walking on pebbles. When the tide is out we walk on the sand. This is the perfect walk for those who want to stride it out to the pier and for anyone who simply wants to enjoy a slower pace on the sand.
This adventure walk is a 90 minute walk in gear 2 (minimum) - A great chance to increase your stamina if you're happy walking for this length of time with only minimal breaks for a quick drink!

A gentle swim session for those wanting to help increase mobility and talk to other people in a similar situation. Members join the swimming club for free and each session is £3pp, assisting carers are free. To join you must be registered disabled, recovering from an injury, or referred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Our group not only helps physical challenges, but more importantly is a great way to help tips and advice from other people.
