Walks for Wellbeing offer supported , guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature , meet and chat with new people , whilst getting some gentle exercise. . The walk starts at Tesco Hythe Colchester at 11am and we have various routes in green spaces . All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins

A fun and entertaining session aimed at people of all ages looking to improve their mobility. Each session usually consists of a warm up, about 45 minutes in the gym with your own tailored personal program followed by games and socialising afterwards. Tea & Coffee included.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A 5 week rolling programme performing choreographed routines, moving to music and building on rhythmic ability, coordination, mobility and stamina. Classes are tailored for the age group and fitness levels. We aim to have fun, to smile and laugh and enjoy being active together.

Gentle joint mobility to commence, some pulse raising exercises for light cardiovascular components, some balance exercises, functional exercises, use of small equipment for strength components and fun activities, followed by stretches to conclude. This is a very social class to encourage exercising whilst having fun and making friends
