This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
A swim lane for registered disabled individuals and their carers. Where possible a double width lane will be provided to maximise social distancing. *Not available online*
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
