Bedford Council have partnered with Bedford Blues Foundation to deliver two multi-activity clubs at John Bunyan Sport and Fitness Centre on a Tuesday and a Saturday. Each session offers a choice of exciting activities, including multi-sports and games, socialising opportunities, and use of the sensory room. We are Aberdeen and Aberdeenshires only Wheelchair Basketball Team! If you have a physical disability, learning disability or chronic illness come along and try out our incredible sport. Wheelchair Basketball is inclusive of all, you don't need any experience in a wheelchair or of basketball to join us! We welcome Junior players age 8 to 15 and Senior players age 16 and up.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. Every week is slightly different, and planned for regular class attendees whether on zoom or in person. You will need your own mat, block, blanket and pillow.
