The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

These uplifting dance classes focus on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises; adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. Refreshments are provided after the session.
Exploring the woodlands from Andrews Wood car park where there are a variety of footpaths to follow over the motorway and towards Shoreham. It has some muddy paths and a few hill challenges but the views over the Darent Valley are worth it. Walk with or without your poles.
