Friendly training for Goalball, a Paralympic sport designed for the visually impaired but enjoyed by sighted friends as well. Come along and try out this unique sport. All you need are some indoor trainers and sports clothes - we recommend long legs and long sleeves since at times you will be sliding along the floor. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Saturday Wheels is our inclusive cycling group. We meet every Saturday 2.30 - 3.30 at Wyke Community Sports Village.
It will be a series of sessions. They are intended to be bookable as it suits each learner. So effectively a series of drop in sessions for adults and young adults (16+) who wish to learn to ride, or who can ride 100 meters or more but are not confident and would like to develop their skills.
