The OTAGO class is taught by a fully qualified OTAGO Instructor. For about an hour we will stride out, aiming to cover about 3 miles. This is an exercise session for those used to using their Nordic Walking Poles with the correct technique. Adapted cycling session for adults with a disability, all ability levels welcome. Participants will have the chance to experience riding a range of adapted bikes in a safe and secure environment with trained staff to support them. Our experienced coaches will educate individuals on how to ride, i.e. pedalling, steering and braking. Sessions will mainly take place inside the sports hall, but when the weather is nice, we can go outdoors.
