This group is for those that have had primary breast cancer diagnosed and are after breast cancer moving on from treatment and looking forward to their life and journey onwards. Enjoy walking outdoors with like-minded others – great for mental and physical well-being, easy on the joints, and it burns up to 46% more calories than normal walking! A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.

Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centres, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
Dance like no one is watching - in a fun and friendly over 50's environment.Stay for a coffee afterwards to meet new friends. All classes 45 mins. Simple to follow dance routines, variations given for different levels of fitness. Wear comfortable shoes that are not too grippy. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
