This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.
Join Helen for a seated tai chi and qigong session. This session is ideal for people who would like to try tai chi but would prefer to take part seated. The session will emphasise focus and relaxation. The class takes place on the ground floor. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel.
