Each week the sessions have a broad theme to link the pieces of music. Activities include free movement, structured dance, playing drums and shakers, live performance, guess the song / Artist, sharing beloved songs and being introduced to new music.

Our shortest walk, 20-30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.

Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme. It's netball but at a walking pace where rules are slightly tweaked. It has been designed so anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.
