Only TWO dates: Saturday 7th February and Saturday 4th April / Up to 90 minutes, 4-5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. Join us for our Saturday afternoon walk, a 3 to 4.5 mile session designed to improve walking skills and general fitness, ensuring that every step contributes positively towards long-term health. This walk is suitable for those who require a more accommodating walking pace and can also be used by walkers wishing to improve their walking pace and distance by using the looping back technique and/or intervals.
