Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.

Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability.
