Our Good Boost aquatic sessions provide therapeutic exercise and support for people living with a wide range of physical health conditions.

Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age : 16+
