Our Wednesday evening class is split into three separate activities: general taekwondo, traditional patterns (poomsae) and Olympic-style fighting. The session welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts, and is is open to anyone aged 3+. We advise attending wearing comfortable sporstwear and with a water bottle for the breaks.
