Ability Counts is our PAN-disability football programme for players with disabilities aged 5-25 and their friends and family, held every Friday evening at The Cliff Training Ground. Our Pool sessions are to begin / develop your paddling journey in a warm safe environment (or to just sit in your boat & chat). Structured development of skills is available but you will not be pushed to participate. We have boats available for pool use so you just need to bring yourself & normal pool attire or maybe a tee shirt too. We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.
