Zumba is a dance fitness class inspired by Latin music and choreography. This is a fitness class that feels friendly and fun. It involves a mixture of cardio and Latin inspired dance. Zumba Gold is a lower intensity version of the typical Zumba class. Zumba is easy to follow, aids cardiovascular fitness, tones and sculpts your body and puts a smile on your face!
