BODYPUMP HEAVY is a Les Mills strength training class that uses slow, tempo-based lifting with heavy weights, simple formats (like 3 sets of 8 reps), and long recovery periods to build lean muscle and strength using traditional lifts like squats, cleans, and deadlifts, all driven by music and group energy.
