Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. Exercise to music class with a focus on mobility, strength and flexibility
These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
A personalised aqua therapy class designed for individuals with muscle and joint problems, including arthritis, knee, hip, and back pain. For the first session, please arrive 30 minutes before the start time.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
