This session is open to all GP referral and cardiac rehabilitation scheme graduates to help you keep up a healthy and active lifestyle. Suitable for those with restricted mobility and for those that prefer to exercise seated. Inclusive and accessible for all.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Walking football is designed to give you the chance to play the game you love but reduce the chances of injury. It's a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise!
Beginner friendly walking group, led by an insured and trained Walk Leader.
A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
These sessions are targeted particularly at adults with a disability and/or long term health condition. Wheel chair users and groups are very welcome. No playing experience needed. The game is played seated.
